ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS, HAIRCARE PRODUCTS, HAIR EXTENSION TOOLS (such as hair extension pliers and/or hair extension hooks) , HAIR EXTENSION SUPPLIES (such as hair extension beads), AND HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGES.

Digital Products

All digital products including webinars, courses, e-books, products are non-refundable.

Custom Products

All custom branding items including printed and digital are non-refundable.

Shipping

 

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options:  1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping. During the HOLIDAYS shipping may be delayed typically 10-20 Business Days.

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta Metro Area warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays or damages of your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
