Below is an example of the email you may possibly receive. The verification process can literally take a minute or less. The quicker you respond to our email with the necessary information, the quicker we can process your order for shipment. Also please make sure to check your email account spam folder if you noticed you are not receiving our emails.
Subject: Fancy I Know Customer Support Order Verification #(order number)
Your order has been flagged by our system for one or multiple reasons. Some reasons an order can be flagged are listed below.
• Billing address does not match the address on file for the card used
• First hair extensions order
• Shipping Address differs from the billing address
• Orders that also include hair extensions
• The order is being shipped internationally. We only ship beauty and wellness products internationally, NOT hair extensions and/or lashes.
• The order is being shipped to someone other than the cardholder
• The order has been flagged as possible fraud
As part of our policy, we must verify all flagged orders before we are able to ship them. To verify your order please respond with a photo of the credit card used, ONLY THE LAST 4 DIGITS AND NAME NEED TO BE VISIBLE. In addition, please provide a photo of your driver’s license. ONLY NAME ADDRESS AND PHOTO NEED TO BE VISIBLE. An example of what is needed has been attached below.
