1. Speak Life Into Yourself: Pray, meditate, and say out loud your daily affirmations.
2. Personal Development: Read books and listen to audios that feed your mind to become a better version of you. Never stop educating yourself.
3. Your Health Comes First: Exercise weekly, even daily, and start making better healthy choices to keep your body in great condition.
4. Set Healthy Boundaries: Have the necessary, but most times uncomfortable conversations with the people in your life whom you feel may be over stepping their boundaries with you.
5. Remove toxic people out of your life. Never allow someone to make you feel guilty for ending any form of mistreatment and disrespect.
6. Stop doing things for others, you really don't want to do. You are not obligated to do so, especially if you have your own personal things to take care of first.
7. Treating yourself to things that bring you joy, even if you have to do it by yourself for yourself.
8. SIS! Lets get back to getting dressed up. Show up, and show out each day like it’s the best day of your life!
9. Self-care is not about anyone else. It's about you loving and impressing you. (i.e. hair appts, nails, waxing, facials, massages, etc)
10. You deserve that dream trip with all the bells and whistles. If need be, save for it and budget accordingly. No more downgrading your value because guess what you’re worth it!
